Transferring Your Toile Adjustments To Your Pattern
Lesson 3 is just an extension of Lesson 2. More of a CHECK LIST that you've got all your pattern pieces adjusted and matching before you cut your pattern out of your beautiful fabric.

Here's What You'll Achieve Today
- Transferring all your Toile Adjustments to your pattern
Step 1 - Have you transferred all the adjustments you made to your Bodice Toile to your pattern? If you have a lined bodice you'll be using this pattern to cut your lining.
- Yes - Go To Step 2
- No - Go to Lesson 2
Step 2 - Do you have Bodice Facings?
- Yes - Go to Step 3
- No - Go to Step 1
Step 3 - If you have Bodice Facings you'll need to do the same adjustments you did to the Bodice.
- If you did a Gaping Neck Adjustment to your Bodice you'll need to do the same adjustment to the Facing.
- If you did a Across Chest/Back Adjustment to your Bodice you'll need to do the same adjustment to the Facing.
- If you did a Shoulder Adjustment to your Bodice you'll need to do the same adjustment to the Facing.
- If you too cm's off your shoulder line to make it fit snug you'll need to do the same to the facing.
Step 4 - Once you've made the adjustment to the Facings you'll need to place the facing pattern pieces over your bodice pattern pieces to make sure they are the same.

- Yes - Go to Step 5
- No - Adjust the Facing pieces accordingly and go to Step 5
Step 5 - Did you adjust the waist on your Bodice pattern?
- Yes - go to Step 6
- No - go to Step 7
Step 6 - If you made adjustment to your bodice waist you'll need to do exactly the same to the waist on the skirt.
Step 7 - Use the measurement of the skirt length from your measurement form to determine if you need to adjust the length of your skirt.

- Yes - go to Step 8
- No - Go to Lesson 4
Step 8 - If you need to adjust the length of the skirt please refer to your pattern instructions on page 13.
